I want to write servlet programme with checkbox

I want to write servlet programme with checkbox, if checbox is clicked by user and then submit, jsp page will display all the check box with earlier checked values. ex. if there is 4 field C , Java , DS , Python and user checked on C and Java, then it should display all the checkbox content including C and Java checked.
