Automatically copy checkboxes from one cell based on a data validation selection

I have a report tracker that I use each month when completing my normal assignments. I have a row of headings from B3:I3. In B4 I've entered a data validation list of review names for me to select from. G4 is the Manager Approval column, which is where I need help. On a separate sheet I have all of my validation ranges, including a cell with several checkboxes inserted with the names of the managers I need to get approval from. I'm trying to find a way to have the specific manager info copied from the validation page and pasted into column G automatically. Typically I would use an "If" function but because the checkboxes are inserted, not embedded, the result comes back "O". Is there a VBA/Macro that will work for this?
