Android Basics - How to group the Checkboxes (with only one selector)?

here nobody understood me :(

i will try again, and changed the task little simpler.

here my requirements (what i want):

• a group of Checkboxes
• all can be deselected
• only one checkbox can be checked (like a radiogroup), at the same time.

how can i do this?
