angularjs retrieve multiple checkbox selected options

I am new to Angularjs and I came across a method to retrieve multiple checkbox selected options. I really want to use that and test it.

What i want to know is, is there a way to remove the selected items and also uncheck corresponding checkbox.

Pls help me I want to use it in a website I am working on.
