Database Checker with Checkboxes

I'm making a database checker, I have a front end GUI but I need to link the checkboxes so that when you click on that checkbox it then only searches that part of the database.

Eg. Room 1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4.

But when I click Room 1 and Room 3 it only checks that part of the database for information
