Multiple Checkbox to Return various results under one layout in card forms

I'm trying to make checkboxes in my app that when checked will return a certain result. For example if in my checkbox's I have "Dog,Cat,Lion,Cow,Pig,Goat & Elephant" if I check on Dog,Cat & Lion and click on okay button it should return multiple possible results related to what i have checked i.e there must be other classes that will show content in card UI under one layout if information they contain has being checked in the checkboxes. And there should be a class to handle the content to be shown from different classes. Please help me with such a code, I'm on a tight leash and I'm.struggling. I really need your help guys. How can I accomplish this?
