VBA EXCEL USERFORM WHICH HAS TEXTBOX, CHECKBOX, COMBOBOX NEXT AND PREVIOUS BUTTON

This is my first time in this forum.I am new with excel VBA and would appreciate if anyone can help. I am trying to develop a USERFORM which has the following criteria: TEXTBOX CHECKBOX COMBOBOX RADIO BUTTON NEXT, PREVIOUS, UPDATE, CLEAR BUTTONS

I am also having trouble putting back the cell values into the respective checkbox combobox and the radio button when I click the next and previous button.
