Yii framework 2.0 upload multiple models with checkbox using GridView

Working with Yii 2.0 I tried to upload multiple models by verifying the checkbox (checked), the check property is not from the database but I added in the Model.

I want to have an upload form combining with GridView because I will have a list of Models and in the GridView I want to add the checkbox field.

I have no idea how to combine GridView with ActiveForm. Does anyone know how to do it or have any tutorials for that? Thank in advanced!
