ow can run android library project?

I want to make Google map android project but when i used google play service library in project and when i click Run as => Android Application .It gives error "Android Library project cannot be launched".i try many method to solve this problem like: check or uncheck the "is Library" checkbox.but it's not running.

1. When i checked "is Library" checkbox it give error "Android Library cannot be launched"
2. When i unchecked "is Library" checkbox it Gives erro after some time "Unable to execute dex:GC Overhead Limit Exceed"
