Checkbox check displays hand instead of tick

Checkbox Problem

A. How I expect the tick in a checkbox to be. B. How the tick in my checkbox has changed to hand.

Question: How can I get the tick to change from hand to tick.

I have encountered this problem in Microsoft Infopath and when I am designing webforms.

Also, all my checkbox that are shown in web browser have changed from tick to hand.

How can i get it to change back to a tick.
