I have a minor issue here.

If you see the plunker, once user clicks on 'Add data'- a modal opens up.
Please follow these steps to reach my scenario. 1) once modal is open, press 'Select/Deselect all' checkbox. 2) this wil select all the above checkboxes. 3) now remove any one of the checkboxes from the first four. 4) it should also remove the checkbox from the last one since now all the above checkboxes are not selected. One is deselected.
Can someone tell me how to correct this. If anyone of the above 4 checkboxes are deselected, the fifth checkbox should automatically deselect.
Also, if user selects all the first four checkboxes when the modal loads, it should automatically select the fifth checkbox too since all are selected.
Any advice on this ?
