Conditional Checkbox field (disclaimer), based on state in Woocommerce

We need to add conditional checkbox on checkout page, wherein if someone is from the state of California, they should get an additional disclaimer checkbox (Required field) below the terms and conditions checkbox.

If the person is from out of California then the checkbox should not appear.

Can anyone please help??
