DocuSign auto select checkboxes

I currently have an HTML form that is auto-completing fields in a document via DocuSign. However, I would now like to add Yes/No checkboxes in the HTML form and want to know if it is possible to automatically check the appropriate box within the generated Docusign document. If possible, are there any methods within the C# SDK that would be of use? Thank you!
