Excel Userform Checkbox to multiple rows

I'm currently working on a Userform that allows users to input new lines to an excel file meant to track cost saving opportunities. The Userform is supposed to allow the user to select multiple programs to which each saving opp applies. If the user selects two programs the Userform shall return two lines identical in everything except the "Program" column. How do I tell Excel to duplicate the same line as many times as the number of programs selected, changing only the program name?
