Open a URL with with a certain checkbox enabled

is it somehow possible to open a specific URL with a certain checkbox enabled?

I got this URL

I want to open this url in a browser with the checkbox (#product-offers-header-sort) already checked/enabled.

Is this possible? I tried some parameters that I got from chrome developer console but nothing worked.
