checkout custom filed remove and add for specific country

I have seen many other cases on StackOverflow but I need a little bit different so please don't get it as General. Basically I have added a custom checkout filed as a checkbox. I want to remove a checkbox field for a specific Pk. I have applied a script but when I place an order it shows checkbox required please visit the following link. Select Pakistan as a billing country and place an order.
