Create checkbox table using PHP and test in Unified Functional Testing

i have problem struggling to test my checkbox table in Unified Functional Testing. I have table that includes checkboxes in one column and second column includes the person's names. Only two columns there. Suppose heres the table where [] is the checkboxes. Suppose also, i already record all the checkboxes and it passed.

1. John []
2. Amy []
3. Danial []

Now, in the scripting, i want UFT to recognise only Amy without have to record checkbox for Amy first. So when it runs, UFT will tick Amy's checkbox. I have problem doing that. I am using Unified Functional Testing 12.50.
