When one checkbox is checked, checkbox in another column should be in editable mode

I'm using a devxpress grid view in which I have two columns, say i)Choose and ii)Add, with check boxes. Initially first column 'Choose' will be in editable and second column 'Add' will be in an uneditable mode. So what I want is if I check Choose of a particular row, the Add check box of that respective row should be in a editable mode. Pls help, Thank you.
