QTable Widget with checkbox in first coulmn only one checkbox in column to be selected at a time

I am new to python and am currently facing some problems in using checkbox in QTableWidget. I wanted to add checkbox in QTableWidget when displaying data and only one checkbox at a time can be selected at a time. can anyone give any suggestion to it
