Copy value based on checkbox

I am trying to do an excel workbook with a to do list. I was trying to implement a workbook that has a column with a checkbox (if the task was completed or not) and a description of the task. Then I have a completed list in the same worksheet a few columns ahead.

What I want here is for the items in which the checkbox is "true" to be moved to the completed list and for that line to be deleted in the to do list. After doing some research I came to understand that it was possible using vba that I know nothing of.
