I am trying to integrate facebook checkbox plugin on my shopify website. Now the plugin is working fine and messages are also going fine. But there is a scenario which i am not able to understand.
If I check on checkbox plugin, the message is received by user on fb messenger. Now if i click again i will get the user not found. Invalid user error. Now i again try to check it after 10 mins, it works fine again.
Am I doing something wrong. Or do we have some preconditions which are not mentioned in the documentation.
