Android - Keep values and communicate them while changing of fragments

I have been searching for this for a long time but I didn't find any working answer for me.

I have 2 fragments linked with a bottom navigation view.

• On fragment 1, there is a checkbox
• On fragment 2, there is a spinner

I want that when I change of fragment, if the checkbox is unchecked, the spinner is disabled. Moreother, when I come back to the 1st fragment, the checkbox state is kept and the spinner selected item o the second fragment too.
