selectInput adding shapes - Shiny

I am trying to add a shape next to each of the choices that the user has in the checkboxGroupInput. It would look something like this:

I read here about an approach using selectize, that changes the color of the text in dropdown menus. I need, however, for it to be in the checkboxGroupInput and ideally, for it to be a separate circle (could be a colored bullet).
