How to make a checkable 3D model and return its data

I have embeded a 3d hours model at website and how can I make it checkable on certain part like kitchen, restroom etc and return its data to tell me which is checked

I don't understand how to set data on the model and how to receieve it through javascript(?).

The 3D model is made by SketchUp and embeded with three.js.
