Excel Macro CheckBox How to Clear when Unchecked

I have a simple problem I cannot figure out:

I have a list of ~15 checkboxes in a spreadsheet

I would like to have the timestamp posted in the cell next to the checkbox when I "check" it, and when I "uncheck" I would like to clear the adjacent cell.
