CakePHP 3 - post and save multiple data

I've a form in wich users can book some stuff on multiple dates and times. I have a

• Custommers table with id, name...
• MaisonReservations table with id, consummer_id, date, time...

My form displays a table with plenty of checkboxes with dates and times the users can choose from. user.id is stored in a session variable.

So far, my checkboxes are labelled reservation[2015][08][15][16] for year, month, day and time.

I'd like every checked checkbox to resuls in a new MaisonReservation.

What would be the best way to name the checkboxes and handle the request data to perform my save?
