Dynamic list of CheckBoxes and accessing its value using Tkinter Python

I need a simple GUI where there is a list of checkboxes that will be dynamically updated (based on loop) and a button. By clicking the Button, I should get list of all checkboxes which are selected by the user .There should be a scrollbar to view all checkboxes. This should use Tkinter or Any other GUI application in Python.
