How can I merge the value of multiple checkbox input into one?

as the pic shows, I have "Central Saint Martins" and "Central Saint Martins - University of the Arts London" two checkboxes. These two organisations are same, but present in different way. So what I want to do is to unify the text form and update the text into one of them, rather than show it in two different ways.
