Adding checkboxes and textboxes in a table cell

How do you add dynamic textboxes in a cell? Also how do you add make these textboxes respond to the current row's checkbox in a way that the textbox must be disabled when the checkbox on that row is checked and will be enabled when unchecked, using jQuery?
