Binding MVVM ListView/ListBox with checkboxes

I use MVVM. 1. Can a single property be connected to multiple controls? 2. My aim is that any check/uncheck of a ListView/ListBox with checkboxes will be effected (row content) in an other control. A descriptive answer will be appreciated.
