Display dynamic checkbox in asp.net mvc with data loaded from WCF service

I have a popup screen with three radio buttons. On clicking the third radio button a call needs to be made to the WCF webservice and a list of string needs to be returned and it should be shown as options as checkboxes in the popup screen.Once user selects the chekboxes , the corresponding values needs to be submitted to database. Am not sure how to return the geenrated string for the checkboxes from WCF service method to the view and render them as checkbox. Any help is appreciated
