Use a checkbox and numericupdown to add values to a listview

I would like to: select coffee (checkbox) qty (numericupdown)

then select tea (checkbox) qty(numericupdown)

I would like these items to appear in the listview on separate rows rather than combined in one row. I am using visual basic to build a event driven application. Thanks in advance, Jay
